What is an Aquashield/Watershield CD-R?

This is a glossy photo finish CD-R that provides a high resolution, waterproof printing surface. We recommend these for designs that utlise the entire area of the CD. There is a surcharge of £10 per 50 units for these CD-Rs. Please note that these are only available with a silver underside.

Are you able to print jewel case inlays?

We are able to provide inlays for CDs supplied in plastic wallets. This is a 4 page inlay the same as the one in the front of a CD jewel case. We can not provide inlays for the rear of a CD jewel case but could put you in contact with a good company that could help you out. The minimum order for printed inlays is 100.

When viewing the product range + order form page I cannot view the images, why is this?

Some internet firewalls may block the script that displays the images. Allow the script to run when prompted or view the product range here.

What is a black bottom CDR?

Instead of having a silver underside like the majority of CDRs these are solid black like a Playstation disc. You can not see where the data has been burnt onto the disc, so therefor looks more professional and unique.

Do you duplicate or replicate CDs?

We provide a CD duplication service.

What is the difference between CD duplication and replication?

CD duplication is the the process of 'burning' audio or data files onto a recordable CD. Whereas CD replication is the process of pressing or stamping data onto a CD. Replication is usually not available for quantities of less than 500 and is NOT undertaken by Double Disc.

How do I know the quality of the finished product is up to my standard?

We will provide you with a top quality finished product, beyond what would be classed as industry standard for promo CDs. If you would like to be sent a FREE sample pack in the post then please email us with an address.

What method of payment do you accept?

We accept online payment via PayPal or bank transfer.

How quickly will my order be completed?

We will endeavour to supply your order as quickly as possible but turnaround depends on your requirements and quantity required. We will give you a date of dispatch once your job has been discussed.
